Restaurant / Cafe
Food businesses must be registered with their local Environmental Health Officer and are required by Irish law to comply with EU Food Hygiene Regulations regardless of its size.
The Irish Standard – I.S. 340:2007: Hygiene in the Catering Sector certified by the NASI, is the standard that governs and provides guidance on how to achieve compliance with EU Regulation 852 Hygiene of Foodstuffs in Restaurants and Cafes.
This includes the implementation of Food Safety Management Systems, covering the Prerequisite Program, Operational Procedures and all other relevant requirements.
We believe that safe sound food should be available to all consumers. Liquids such as water and coffee are classified under food as we consume it.
All advise and consultations are based on this standard and our experience in the catering sector, allows us to deliver what will work for your business.
