This programme will provide your staff with all the necessary skills and information provided by The Food Safety Authority of Ireland Training Guide, Level 2. Participants will attain knowledge on the principles of food safety and hygiene practices and how to apply these to their workplace.
This course is suitable for any persons directly handling and preparing food within your business, chefs, kitchen staff, food handlers.

Certification is valid for 5 years.
On-site training is provided on days and times that suit the business and Training Courses are tailored if required.
