Food Safety & Allergen Awareness Training, Level 1

The participants will be trained to the standards set out by The Food Safety Authority of Ireland, Training Guide Level 1 and part Level 2.

The course outcome will provide learners knowledge of how to handle, store and prepare food in a safe manner and how to maintain a hygienic safe environment.

This course is suitable for all food handlers, catering service staff, kitchen assistants, bar service staff, childcare assistants, retail and healthcare food service staff.

This course is also used to provide Refresher Training of Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP and Allergen Awareness.

On-site training is provided on days and times that suit the business and Training Courses are tailored if required.
