Catering services within Child Care facilities must be registered with their local Environmental Health Officer and are required by Irish law to comply with EU Food Hygiene Regulations.
The Irish Standard – I.S. 340:2007: Hygiene in the Catering Sector certified by the NASI, is the standard that governs and provides guidance on how to achieve compliance with EU Regulation 852 Hygiene of Foodstuffs in the Creches, Montessori and other Child Care Facilities.
We believe that safe sound food should be available to all persons. Young children are considered part of the vulnerable group category and adherence to these standards is fundamental to their well- being.
All advise and consultations are based on this standard and our experience in the Catering Industry, allows us to deliver what will work for your business.
